Over the past 12 years I have used the commercial versions of all the best security suites & anti-virus programs including Norton, Trend Micro,Avira,Kaspersky F-Secure, Zone Alarm, Bitdefender, Panda, Dr Web etc & for the last 18 months have used Trustport Internet Security.

In my view the recently released Trustport Internet Security 2009 is clearly superior to all the others for its top protection,additional features, consumer friendly interface, smooth integration with my Vista operating system plus great support back up.

It is also one of the best value for money security programs in the market and has received many awards from accredited testing organizations.

From my own experience I can strongly recommend Trustport for both the novice and experienced user.

I purchased Trustport security system several weeks ago, and I must tell you, it is an extraordinary product. It runs as efficiently as a smaller program such as Prevx, and the combined engines of AVG, BitDefender, and Mr. Web provide maximum protection. Before purchasing Trustport I had a paid version of A-squared on my computer, and as good as A2 is, on my first deep scan with Trustport I picked up five items that A-squared had missed.

I went ahead and changed the default settings on the engines. I am so impressed with Dr. Web that I moved it to full coverage, while scaling back AVG to only On-Demand. I heard that this would slow down the scan speed, but I have seen no appreciable change.

Anyway, I am very satisfied with Trustport. I also gave it a good review at CNET.

At the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Iztapalapa, a computer got blocked. It was able to boot but could not open any application. Two major antivirus programs were tried to solve this. One did not find any virus; the other found the virus but did not clean it. Finally, TrustPort Antivirus USB Edition was used, finding twenty eight viruses, cleaning the computer perfectly, and restored its normal operation.

BTW, I meant to tell you, that the program is wonderful out of over a 1,000,000 files it found 120 viruses, I couldnt' believe it, I have used Avast for about a year or so now, and these little viruses were just sneaking around in my hard drives.
